Coronation of Queen Sugar & Coronation Ball

Our 82nd coronation of Queen Sugar will be held at 7:00pm on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at the Westgate High School Auditorium located at 2305 Jefferson Island Road, New Iberia, LA 70560. Join us, as we crown Queen Sugar LXXXII, and introduce King Sucrose LXXXII.

$10 for adults
$5 for kids 12 and under
Tickets to Pageant may be purchased at the door.

Coronation Ball (Minimum age of 18 years old to attend) will be held immediately following the coronation at La Louisiane Banquet Hall, 5509 LA Hwy 14, New Iberia. Includes entertainment and hors d’oeuvres. Cash Bar available.

$50 per ticket and are Advance Sales ONLY *by September 9th. Minimum age of 18 years old to attend. More information to follow regarding ticket purchasing.

Mark the beginning of the annual Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival in New Iberia with family fun, live entertainment, food and drinks. This family friendly event is held on the grounds of Shadows on the Teche in New Iberia every festival Thursday night.

Locally owned and family-operated, Cajun Rides brings the fun to Bouligny Plaza in downtown New Iberia!
